Easy Classic Pecan Pie

Prepare Crust: Start by heating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put a store-bought or homemade pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges for a traditional look.

Ingredients: 1 cup pecan halves, 3 large eggs, 1 cup light corn syrup, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt.

Mix the Filling: In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Add Pecans: Fold in the pecan halves into the filling mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Pour into Crust: Pour the pecan filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading pecans evenly across the bottom.

Bake to Perfection: Bake the pie for 40–50 minutes in the preheated oven until the center is firm. Check the pie at 30 minutes and foil the edges if they're browning too fast.

Cool and Serve: Cool pecan pie on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve pecan pie warm or room temperature. Slice and enjoy this famous dessert's rich, nutty flavors.
